I created this business out of frustration……. We knew there were brilliant people in the field looking for their next challenge, and innovative clients desperately seeking fresh talent. But they kept missing each other. The crucial line that connects two points didn’t exist.

We created it, using an approach that blends our expertise, enthusiasm, and above all, honesty.

I have been working in recruitment for over 13 years now with a Degree with Honours myself in the creative industry in 3D product design. From this I progressed into management for a digital marketing agency.
